How do I place an order?

You have to place an online order at our website by adding item to “Add To Cart” , then  “Check Out”, you will be landed to the page on which you have to provide details and payments methods and click “Continue To Shipping”.

Can I add more items to my existing order?

Yes, you can add more items but the products can be added in your cart at our end (by CSR Department). You have to tell your name and order number and the products which you want to add so that we may add it into your order. We will then send you the pic of an order invoice after adding items into your cart.

How can I contact with CSR department?

You may contact at our Whats-app number: 0315 8706793 between 10:00 am 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order when you received call from our CSR for order confirmation.

Delivery charges are affordable and vary according to the city but bundle offers and order of more than Rs 1500/- have free shipping nationwide. Delivery charges are very cheap, it depends upon product and city.

 

Do you have any exchange or refund policy?

The Company does not have any exchange or refund policy for the sold products.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Golden Girl Cosmetics delivers nationwide i-e only in Pakistan.
