For targeted action, the Self Foaming Acne Wash (150ml) provides an oil-free deep clean, while the Acne Soap (115g), enriched with Tea Tree Oil, helps reduce the excess oiliness that can lead to blemishes. Finish your treatment with the Acne Mask ( 75ml), featuring Tea Tree Extract for rapid relief and a refreshed feel.

Shipping & Return

At Golden Girl Cosmetics, we understand the importance of returns and replacements in online shopping. To ensure a fair process and prevent fraudulent activity, the following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:

  • Eligibility: Returns and replacements are only applicable if the received items are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • Product Condition: The claimed item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

  • Return Period: Returned items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 3-4 days of the delivery date. Once the return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, a replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.

  • Customer Responsibility: The items being returned are the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. They should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Replacement Preference: Replacement with the same product and shade is preferred. For a different product or shade, please contact our Customer Service team at +92 315 8706793 to discuss the possibilities.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing" (buying items and returning them after temporary use).

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged or missing items.

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
