Streaking Cap 

Hair Color highlights are easily obtained by the use of a streaking cap. it is a very easy way to use color for high lights.

Use a hook to pierce the cap to desired hole pattern and thickness.  Reusable cap.

Tip: After using your cap, wash thoroughly with warm water and dry. Dust the inside of the cap with talcum powder and store it in a dry, cool place.
